I hereby declare the start of Project Dawn Snow!

Project Dawn Snow (a.k.a PDS)is an improvement program for this forum.we have already started by fixing up the forums!When it ends we expect these:
-More smileys
-Topic icons
-More clubpenguin forums
-A WHOLE new theme
-A whole new credit system
-An improved interfraction system
-A blog
-And more

For now you can still post in forums,but when we REALLY need to upgrade we will close down the forum for a while,with a chatbox so you can chat during the development.
