I have gotten a warning/interfraction/ban that was unfair!

Ok,ok calm down.Warnings aren't bad.When you get 5 warnings you get an interfraction.If you get 3 interfractions you get a 3 day ban,if you get 5,it's a perma-ban.It would take you 25 warnings to get a perma-ban.Ok so interfractions are medium and bans are well....BAD!Post there the form if you've gotten an unfair punishment:
